Jacqueline Silverman
President

A native of Los Angeles and a graduate of UCLA's art history program, Jackie has catalogued and appraised fine art for over thirty years. She is a certified member and current board member of the Appraisers Association of America, a member of Art Table, and has lectured widely in the Southern California area and at the Appraisers Association of America national conference in New York. With offices in Los Angeles and New York, Jackie is able to assist clients nationwide.

Karen Hanus-McManus
Associate Appraiser

Karen began her appraisal career with JS&A in 2006 following several years as the permanent collection registrar at The Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles. Karen received her B.A. in art history from UCLA and masters degrees in art history and museum studies from Syracuse University. She is a certified member of the Appraisers Association of America. Sonja Moro
Associate Appraiser

Sonja is a graduate of the University of Southern California’s art history program. During her studies at USC, Sonja worked part-time at JS&A on special projects and she joined the staff full-time upon her graduation in 2007.
